It’s hard to believe spring is just around the corner. To help get us geared up for Easter I picked this cute Easter image illustrated by StarStampz for The Corrosive Design Team challenge this month.
Keeping this card simple I scaled my digital image to 5” x 3.5” plus created a sentiment to go along with the card. Then I printed it on white cardstock and colored it with Copic markers.
Once my image was colored, I made a green A2 (5.5×4.24”) base and a black layer measuring 5.25×4”. I then cut down my colored digital image to 4 7/8”x 3 2/4”. Feeling the card needed a little something more I used a decorative corner punch on the black layer to add some simple variation between the layers. Once my layers were glued together, I added my sentiment layer, placing pop dots on the back to give it some dimension.
I just love how fast digital images can come together, plus they don’t take up much storage room.
Thank you for stopping by today. If you love this digital image as much as I do, you can click here to purchase it and check out other fun amazing stamps illustrated by StarStampz.
